At JARGLET, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you’ll love. We currently operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, which means each item is made to order. Due to this process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
Important Information:
- POD Model: As we are operating with a Print-on-Demand process, we do not carry stock and each product is made specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any orders.
- Order with Care: We encourage you to order by your size carefully, as we cannot offer exchanges due to the custom-made nature of the items.
Damaged Products:
- Damage During Shipping: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos showing the damage.
- Time Frame: Damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

Refunds:
- Refund Eligibility: In the case of damage, a refund or replacement will be considered after review. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 2-3 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take an additional 7-9 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
